Its the first of a new month this Saturday so we have our A Ride on.

Chris Woods will be leading. He’s taking you on a 23 mile route out past Horsham for coffee at Broadbridge Heath Nurseries.

A great opportunity to ease back into cycling if you have not been out in a while, or you fancy a short spin.

The group will be of course looked after with an average pace of around 11mph.
